Coretuned - Terms and Conditions of Service

 

1. Payment Terms

   - Full payment is required upon completion of services or goods provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

   - Payments are accepted in cash, bank transfer, or credit card. Please note that if a bank transfer is chosen, the funds must be cleared before the vehicle is released.

   - All payments must be settled in full before any parts or services are released.

2. Ownership of Parts o Parts supplied and fitted by

Coretuned remain the property of Coretuned until full payment is received.

   - If payment is not received in full, the parts remain our property and we reserve the right to retain or recover them.

3. Invoice Discrepancies

   - Any discrepancies or issues with invoices must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date. After this period, invoices will be considered final and payable.

4. Work Approval and Authorization

   - All work will be carried out as per the customer’s approval. Any additional work will be communicated and must be authorized before proceeding.

   - By leaving your vehicle with Coretuned, you agree to the completion of the requested work as outlined in the service agreement or estimate.

5. Service Guarantee

   - We stand behind the quality of our work. If any issues arise directly related to the work completed by Coretuned, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Customer Responsibilities

   - The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided (such as vehicle details and issues) is accurate.

   - The customer is responsible for collecting their vehicle or parts upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

   - Coretuned reserves the right to cancel any service or repair at any time. If a service is cancelled before completion, the customer may be required to pay for parts or work already undertaken.

   - Refunds will only be issued in accordance with applicable consumer laws or if the service does not meet the agreed standards.

8. Unpaid Accounts

   - If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, the customer may be charged an interest fee as permitted by Australian law     - We reserve the right to take further action to recover any unpaid debts, including contacting relevant authorities and taking legal action if necessary.

9. Liability

   - Coretuned is not liable for any damage to the vehicle due to factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, mechanical failure, customer actions, or parts provided by the customer.

​

10. Consumer Rights

   - Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the services provided are not of acceptable quality or do not match the description. This does not affect any other legal rights the customer may have.

By leaving your vehicle with Coretuned, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
